I have the honour by direction of the Court of the College of Medicine for Chinese, to forward for the information of His Excellency the Governor a revised Prospectus of the College.

I am directed to request His Excellency's attention, to page 10, in which it is provided that all future students of this College shall be bound, in terms of my letter of 13th September, 1900, to the Acting Colonial Secretary, to the service of the Hongkong Government, if required to undertake such service.
